Calender lubrication systems enable the precise and repeatable application of forming lubricants to strip material and blanks. The lubricant is applied without oil mist via PU application rollers and synchronized calender rollers. This promotes a uniform oil film while ensuring controlled lubricant application and keeping the work environment clean.

Roller lubricator Calender Roll (RB KW 110)
The RB KW 110 is a Roller lubricator with calender rollers designed for the controlled application of lubricant to strip material and blanks. The lubricant is applied to the material surface via two PU application rollers.
Oil is supplied continuously through two metering tubes and two rotating calender rolls. This ensures uniform wetting of the application rolls. The upper application roll is pneumatically pressed against the material with a stroke height of 10 mm.
The amount of lubricant can be adjusted via the contact pressure and tailored to different material and process requirements. After the lubrication process, the upper application roller opens automatically via mechanical spring-loaded stops.
