Roller Lubrication Systems
RB M-Series Roller Conveyor Oiler
The RB M-Series roller coaters enable the uniform, oil-mist-free application of forming lubricants to strip material. Depending on the application, felt or Cellpor rollers are used; these are supplied with lubricant from the inside and transfer the lubricant to the material through direct surface contact.
With a roller diameter of 32 mm and a compact design, these systems are particularly well-suited for automatic punching and bending machines, as well as high-speed presses with short feed lengths, high stroke rates, and thin material thicknesses.
Depending on the model, various configurations are available for roller adjustment, roller replacement, and belt transfer. Greasing widths of up to 400 mm allow for adaptation to different belt widths and process requirements.
If special requirements exist, the roller lubricators can be custom-designed to suit the specific application.
The RB M Series includes four models designed for different requirements:

Compact Basic Model
Mini Roller Belt Oiler (RB M)
The RB M is the compact base model of the RB M series. The upper roller is adjusted using tension springs. Its simple, robust design is suitable for continuous lubrication processes during the punching and bending of thin strip materials.

Easy Roller Replacement
Mini Screw Roller Chain Lubricator (RB MS)
The RB MS features an open design with four roller mounts. The rollers can be replaced by loosening four screws. The rollers are adjusted on both sides via compression springs, which helps ensure even guidance of the web material.
Adjustment for different bandwidths is achieved using roller sets.

The RB M-SW is designed for quick roll changes. Thanks to the design of the head plate, the rolls can be removed without tools. The pneumatic adjustment of the upper roll ensures controlled and uniform contact pressure on the web material.

Mini Precision Quick-Change Roller Chain Lubricator (RB M Pr SW)
The RB M Pr SW is the compact, precision version of the RB M series. Its enclosed housing protects the feed rollers and is suitable for high-speed presses as well as automatic punching and bending machines with limited installation space. The integrated strip guide ensures stable material flow, especially when feeding thin strip.
Adjustment for different bandwidths is achieved using roller sets.
