RB F-Series Roller Belt Oiler
The RB F-Series roller-type strip oilers enable the even, oil-mist-free application of forming lubricants to strip material. Depending on the model, felt, brush, or Cellpor rollers are used, which are supplied with lubricant from the inside.
Thanks to their 60-mm roller diameter and robust construction, these systems are suitable for punching, drawing, profiling, and bending processes with feed lengths of up to 190 mm and material thicknesses of up to 5 mm. Various roller adjustment configurations and lubrication widths of up to 1,000 mm allow for adaptation to different process requirements.
If special requirements exist, the roller lubricators can be custom-designed to suit the specific application.

Spring-Loaded Roller Lubricator (RB F)
The RB F is the robust base model in the product series designed for continuous lubrication processes. The contact pressure of the upper roller is generated by tension springs. Its simple design ensures reliable, oil-mist-free lubricant application with minimal maintenance.
For use with medium- to high-viscosity fluids, this model is also available with brush rollers (RB B) upon request.

Roller Conveyor Oiler with Felt Tilting Quick-Change Device (RB FK-SW)
The RB FK-SW combines a mechanical tilting function for easy belt threading with a tool-free roller change. An opening stroke of approximately 10 mm allows for convenient threading of the belt’s starting end. The quick-change function reduces the effort required to replace the lubrication rollers. Roller adjustment is achieved via two tension springs, ensuring reliable and uniform lubrication.
For use with medium- to high-viscosity fluids, this model is also available with brush rollers upon request (RB BK-SW).

The RB TF-P-SW was developed for applications involving transfer feeds. The upper and lower sections are separate and each features pneumatic roller adjustment. This allows for the compensation of slight vertical movements of the web material and ensures that the rollers are guided in a controlled manner along the material surface.
