Contaminants on strip material can affect feed rate, lubricant application, tool life, and part quality. Coil cleaner remove dirt particles, chips, and other residues directly during the manufacturing process and create defined surface conditions for subsequent process steps.

Strip cleaning helps ensure higher surface quality and more precise manufacturing, particularly in high-precision applications. At the same time, it can extend tool life and reduce scrap and rework, as the strip material can be processed cleanly and reliably.

The systems are suitable for both new and existing facilities and can be easily retrofitted into existing production lines.

Raziol Coil cleaner

The Raziol Coil cleaner removes dirt particles and residues from the pre-oiling of strip material directly on the production line. Two synthetic felts, pressed against the material by pneumatic force, clean the material’s surface and create defined surface conditions for subsequent manufacturing processes.

Thanks to its retrofit capability, the Coil cleaner can be easily integrated into existing production lines and makes a lasting contribution to increasing machine uptime and cost-effectiveness.
