Installation, Commissioning, & International Service Calls—Keep Technology Running Around the World!

Are you passionate about electrical engineering and interested in commissioning machines and systems directly at the customer's site? Do you work independently, enjoy traveling, and quickly find the right solutions to technical challenges?

Your Responsibilities 

With us, you’ll be involved in our systems from installation through to successful commissioning at the customer’s site. 

  • Installation & Commissioning: You will install and commission our systems and system components at customer sites—primarily within Germany, and occasionally internationally.
  • Service & Maintenance: You will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on existing systems.
  • Troubleshooting: You identify technical malfunctions and resolve them independently on-site.
  • Customer Support: You provide expert advice to our customers on technical issues and service calls.
  • Training: You will provide professional training to our customers' operating personnel on the use of the equipment.
  • Construction Site Organization: You plan and coordinate your service calls and document the work performed.

Your Profile

You combine technical expertise with an independent and customer-focused approach to work.

  • Qualifications: Completed training in electrical engineering, electronics, electrical systems, or industrial electrical systems. 
  • Further Education: Ideally, a master craftsman's or technician's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with technical documentation and circuit diagrams (EPLAN).
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Mobility: Class B driver's license; certifications for forklifts, aerial work platforms, or cranes are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel: Enjoyment of domestic and international service assignments.
  • Languages: Good written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

Mechanics, Assembly & International Assignments – Help ensure that our systems operate reliably worldwide

Organization, Customer Relations & Service Processes – Join Our Team!

With us, you'll work at the intersection of customer service, organization, and commercial
operations

  • Service Support: You will assist our service team with day-to-day operations.
  • Quotation Preparation: You prepare quotes for service calls.
  • Order Processing: You will process domestic and international orders—from order creation
    through to invoicing.
  • Administrative Follow-Up: You will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of service calls.
  • CRM & Ticket Processing: You process and document incoming repair requests using our
    CRM system (tickets).
  • Complaint Handling: You handle and document complaints reliably and
    with a focus on customer service.
  • Travel Arrangements: You will handle travel arrangements for our service technicians.
  • Schedule Tracking: You keep track of delivery and service dates and ensure that operations run smoothly at

With us, you won’t be programming standard machines on an assembly line. Every system is unique and presents new technical challenges. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in custom machine building and see the results of your work firsthand.

Your Responsibilities 

At our company, you'll develop and optimize the control systems for our custom-built plants.

  • PLC Programming: You will assist with the programming and further development of PLC controllers.
  • HMI Visualization: You create and enhance modern HMI visualizations for intuitive plant operation.
  • Customized Solutions: You will help develop technical solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.
  • Commissioning: You will assist with the preliminary commissioning of our systems in-house and, if interested, accompany experienced colleagues on on-site assignments.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: You will assist with troubleshooting and remote maintenance.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You will work closely with the Design, Electrical Engineering, Service, and Sales departments

Your Profile

You stand out for your technical expertise and solution-oriented approach.

  • Degree Program: Enrolled student (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Hours: Availability of up to 20 hours per week during the semester (with the possibility of increasing hours during semester breaks).
  • Technical Skills: Initial experience in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal or Beckhoff TwinCAT) gained through your studies, personal projects, or previous internships is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm: A strong interest in automation technology and industrial systems, and a passion for solving technical challenges.
  • Languages: Proficiency in German and basic written and spoken English.

Your first day on the job will begin with an introduction to our company, organizational matters, and workplace safety. You'll then take a tour to get to know the team and the various departments. 

To help you continue your onboarding, you'll be assigned a dedicated contact person from your department. This will allow you to get to know your responsibilities, our processes, and the company step by step. 

Yes. To help our employees achieve a better work-life balance, we offer a flex-time program. This applies to both our administrative and manufacturing staff and allows for flexible scheduling of working hours within the framework of the company's operational requirements.

Don't worry: You don't need to dust off your tie or pull your ironed pleated pants out of the closet for your job interview. We prefer a business-casual look. Jeans with a sweater, shirt, or blouse are perfectly fine. It’s important to us that you feel comfortable and are yourself.

Thanks to our central location right off the highway, we are easily accessible by both car and public transportation. The nearest train station is only about 5 minutes away, and there is a bus stop right outside our door.
