The RB MOT series of powered Roller lubricator s are designed for the even, oil-mist-free lubrication of blanks and sheets. Depending on the model, felt or brush rollers with internal lubrication can be used individually or in combination.
For material transport, the upper lubrication roller is driven by an integrated 180-V motor. Power is supplied via a separate connection. As a result, an additional control unit or Application Technology is not required in many applications.
The roller speed can be continuously adjusted using a potentiometer and tailored to the specific process. Depending on the model, the Roller lubricator is available with spring-loaded or pneumatically driven lubrication rollers.
For special requirements, custom designs are available, such as those with an additional drive for the lower roller or other design modifications.

Spring-loaded with tilt function
Roller lubricator Motor Felt Tilt (RB MOT FK)
The RB MOT FK is the spring-loaded version of the RB MOT series with a tilting function. The upper greasing roller is motor-driven and is brought into contact with the material via a tilting mechanism in combination with two tension springs.
This model is suitable for oil-mist-free lubrication of rounds and blanks up to approximately 1.0 mm in thickness, particularly for insert operations or for integration into simple automation systems.

Roller lubricator Motor Pneumatic Felt (RB MOT PF)
The RB MOT PF is a pneumatically adjusted version of the RB MOT series. The upper roller is pressed against the material by two pneumatically operated cylinders located on the sides.
Precision guide elements ensure controlled guidance of the upper roller and uniform contact pressure. The pneumatic feed mechanism, with a stroke height of approximately 25 mm, facilitates material feeding and supports motor-driven material transport.

Roller lubricator Heavy-Duty Felt Motor (RB MOT SF)
The RB MOT SF is the heavy-duty version of the RB MOT series, featuring application rollers with a diameter of 110 mm. This model is designed for greasing blanks and plates with material thicknesses up to approximately 8.0 mm.
The rollers are adjusted by two pneumatic cylinders mounted on the sides. Precision guide elements ensure controlled movement of the upper roller and uniform contact pressure on the material.
The motor-driven upper roller aids in material transport even with thicker materials and wider designs.
