Our service team is made up of experienced service technicians with expert knowledge of mechanics and electrics, and they are on hand to provide reliable and competent feedback to any queries which you may have.

In close collaboration with our project managers, design engineers and our sales personnel, the Raziol service team are here to respond to all of your requests and problems quickly and reliably to find the ideal solution for you.

1.Installation of lubrication systems

-Expert assembly of your requested application technology-

Our service technicians are highly distinguished with many years of experience in the field of machine and system installations. The Raziol service team is available to visit you anywhere in the world to install your systems. Installation of the lubrication system (contact lubrication, non-contact lubrication) into the existing system of the customer is generally carried out by two Raziol Service technicians and completed within a week. All individual components are connected via electric, pneumatic/hydraulic cables and pipework in accordance with the arrangement requested by the customer. Interfaces for the customer are already prepared, and have been tested as necessary for subsequent commissioning.

 

 

2.Installation supervision

-Competent training of your employees in our system technology-

For installation supervision, assembly of the system is largely performed by the customer’s own maintenance personnel under the instruction of our service technicians. As a rule, one electrician and one mechanic is provided by the customer, and they will then receive instruction and support from our service technicians during installation of the system. The maintenance personnel are simultaneously briefed by our service team as the system is being installed.

 

 

3.Commissioning of lubrication systems

-Commissioning of lubrication systems installed by us or by the customer-

During commissioning of the lubrication system, our service technicians test the interfaces of the customer’s system for the new lubrication system. It is therefore irrelevant whether installation of the system is performed by Raziol or by the customers themselves.
The following interfaces are tested by our service team:
Electrical:
Connections, attachments, sensors, connectors, etc.
Mechanical:
Clearances, passline for material, pipework, etc.
Pneumatic:
Connections, hose arrangement, sealing, etc.
Software:
Signals via Profibus, Ethernet, Profinet, etc.

The lubrication system is set up in accordance with the customer requirements as part of the commissioning procedure.Additionally, the operators appointed by the customer receive a brief instruction with regard to operation of the system.

 

 

4.Production assistance for our customers

-We guide you through the initial stages of working with our system technology-

Do you require support with regard to utilisation of Raziol system technology?
Our service technicians will ensure that you are familiar with correct handling and operation of the Raziol system technology as they guide you through production. This will also help to consolidate knowledge obtained during commissioning and during training.

 

 

5.Inspection, maintenance, servicing

-To ensure the safety and reliability of your production process-

You would like to avoid unscheduled downtimes for your system technology? This can be achieved with regular inspection / maintenance by our Raziol service team. We check the functions and settings of your lubrication system and provide you with an expert assessment. Existing damage to your system will be promptly detected and can be rectified immediately. We would also be happy to instruct you on subsequent servicing of your system technology, either at your respective location or at our own premises. Do you possess an ATEX system (explosion-protection) set up by us? An inspection and maintenance must be performed no later than every three years. If required, we will also include systems from our competitors in our maintenance schedule. In this context, maintenance agreements may also be concluded in which maintenance is carried out every two years.

 

 

6.Internal and external training courses for Raziol products

-Learning how to handle Raziol products safely and correctly-

Our Service Department offers training courses which will provide you with a better understanding of our system technology. Know-how regarding functionality of our system and the individual components can thus be gleaned, and where necessary improved. These training courses can be provided at the location of the respective customer or directly on our premises, and are available for various target groups (system operators, maintenance personnel (mechanics and/or electricians)). Training is offered and conducted in both German and English as standard. Other languages are possible upon request.

 

 

7.Telephone support (providing assistance for troubleshooting, sharing expert knowledge)
