The evaporating stamping and drawing oils are used, for example during the manufacture of stamping and bending parts, springs, wires, clocks or elements for communication technology. The main objective here is to ensure that no residue, or a bare minimum of residue remains on the part, allowing the follow-up processes in a best-case scenario to be implemented without the need for upstream washing.

Forming oils

Low aromatic content and minimal oil mist

Raziol  forming oils, free of chlorinated additives, are comprised of specially refined mineral oils or synthetic or native esters with polar and high-pressure (EP) additives. Outstanding lubricating properties and an extremely balanced additive level contribute to increased life-expectancy of the stamping and forming tools.

Fine-blanking oils CLF...F and CLF...FN

For cutting thicknesses up to 12 mm

The products of this lubricant range were developed for fineblanking, stamping and forming operations with extremely high degrees of complexity. Depending on the respective product, tool technology applied and material quality, cutting thicknesses of up to 12 mm can be achieved.

Raziol cutting oils consist of specially refined mineral oils with performance-enhancing additives. These polar-bonded and chemically active additives have been exclusively selected and adapted to provide the oils with outstanding lubricating performance.

Raziol concentrates for water-miscible lubricants are tested and proven, secondary amine-free, water-miscible products for cutting or non-cutting metalworking. The lubricant concentrates are comprised of chemical constituents selected in accordance with the latest requirements for health and safety at work and environmental protection

The reduced consumption through the use of Raziol minimumquantity lubricants is the precondition for an environment-friendly production.The resulting benefits of this product line include lower disposal costs, no need to tend to cooling lubricants and reduced cleaning costs.

The new Raziol CEP product line provides the forming industry with a genuine alternative, chlorine-free and highly efficient. The Raziol CEP product line includes classic forming lubricants (neat oil), Raziol CEP…, as well as water-miscible products, Raziol CEP…E.

Raziol chlorine-containing forming oils consist of specially selected basic oils with high-performance, chlorine-containing additives. The chlorine content ranges from approx. 18 – 29 weight percent.

The Raziol IHU - external lubricants have been developed specially for use during internal high-pressure forming. The matching of the alloy elements allows extreme pressure loads without tearing of the lubrication film even with long friction surfaces.
