Comfort dosing control units
The Raziol comfort dosing control units are used for high-precision dosing of forming oils (lubricants) in conjunction with Raziol roller lubricators, sector lubrication systems, tool lubrication systems, individual minimum lubricator nozzles, nozzle bars or spray systems for sectoral lubrication.
These units consist of a manually positioned housing which contains all of the necessary components. The consumption values for each stamp are measured and recorded in the SPS 4000 KWZ or EBAD 4000 control unit as verification for your customers. Each freely programmable output is actuated with utmost precision and reproduced, respective of bandwidth and machine cycle in accordance with the parameters entered in the control unit.
Comfort dosing control unit for spraying fixture systems
The comfort dosing control unit for high-precision dosing of lubricants (forming media) is used in conjunction with Raziol spraying fixtures with minimum lubricator nozzles for sectoral lubrication.
