Raziol Drylub

For difficult deep-drawing operations and complex geometries

Raziol Drylub® has been developed specially for difficult drawing operations with complicated geometries.
With Raziol Drylub®, it is possible to carry out deep-drawing processes that are not possible with conventional deep drawing oils. It is suitable for numerous diverse materials (steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel).

With Raziol Drylub®, a polymer coating is created in the tool. The formation is supported by the temperatures and pressures occurring during the forming process. Investigations have proved that the mean coefficient of friction μ is greatly reduced in the process. The selected additives guarantee a good tool service life and surface quality simultaneously with a high output. Film thicknesses of only 0.2 - 0.5 g/m² are generally applied. Degreasing is performed with diluted, alkaline industrial cleaning agents (spray degreasing).
