Chlorine substitute products

The new Raziol CEP product line provides the forming industry with a genuine alternative, chlorine-free and highly efficient. The Raziol CEP product line includes classic forming lubricants (neat oil), Raziol CEP…, as well as water-miscible products, Raziol CEP…E.

The new Raziol CEP product line exhibits distinctively superior properties with regard to health and the environment, with the same performance level as chlorine-based forming oils. Only extremely insignificant hazards, if any, are listed in the GHS / CLP Directives, whereby the labelling obligations for hazardous goods does not apply for any products with regard to transport

CEP…E (water-based)

Die wassermischbare / gemischten Raziol CEP …E Produkte werden in 6 unterschiedlichen Viskositätsstufen angeboten und sind ebenfalls untereinander mischbar und können mit allen gängigen Applikationssystemen aufgetragen werden.

CEP… (mineral oil-based)

The Raziol CEP… product line comprises 8 classes of viscosity, from approx. 35 mm²/s to 680 mm²/s at 40 °C. These lubricants may be mixed with one another with no risk of undesirable reactions, they can be applied with all current application systems as long as correct viscosity is observed.
