Selection criteria

We provide a large selection of roller lubricators from our product range for production processes involving stamping, fineblanking, deep drawing, bending and profiling.

Principle and dosage

Oil quantity Q: Indicates the quantitative run of the oil dispensing through the lubricating rollers on the customer`s material

Oil quantity Q_needed: The customer`s required oil quantity Qneedes results from the amount of oil, that needs to be applied evenly over the entire spread and feed length, regardlesss of the stroke rate of the forming machine onto the material

Roller lubricator with roller diameter 32 mm

The roller lubricator types RB M, RB MS, RB M-Pr-SW and RB M-SW may be equipped with optional felt or Cellpor rollers which are supplied with lubricant internally. Rollers featuring a diameter of 32 mm are predominantly used in automatic stamping and bending machines, as well as in high-speed presses.

Roller lubricator with roller diameter 60 mm

The roller lubricator types RB F (B), RB FK (BK)-SW, RB F-SW, RB FK (BK)-P-SW, RB PF (PB)-SW and RB TF (TB)-P-SW may be equipped with optional felt, brush or Cellpor rollers which are supplied with lubricant internally.

They are used in the following metalworking processes: stamping, bending, deep drawing, rolling, profile rolling.

Roller lubricator with roller diameter 110 mm

RB SF (SB)-SW and RB TSF (TSB)-SW roller lubricators with quick-change configuration may be equipped with optional felt or brush rollers featuring a roller diameter of 110 mm which are supplied with lubricant internally.

Driven roller lubricators

Driven Raziol roller lubricator types RB MOT-FK 180V, RB MOT-FK-P 180V, RB MOT-PF 180V and RB MOT-SF 180V may be equipped with optional felt or brush rollers which are supplied with lubricant internally and are designed for the oil mist-free lubrication of round plates and blanks.

SBA sector lubrication systems

Raziol sector lubrication systems are used for the oiling of coil material in various widths. This allows application of the lubricant to the entire surface, or alternatively to any given section of the surface.

PBA blank lubricator system

Raziol blank lubricator systems apply forming lubricant oil mist-free to round plates and blanks via felt or brush rollers. The lubrication systems of the PBA series cover a lubrication range of 300 mm to 1000 mm.

Calender lubricator

The forming lubricant is applied to the coil material or blank oil mist-free by two PU rollers (application roller) which are supplied with oil via two metering pipes and two travelling rotating calender rollers.

Coil cleaner

The Raziol coil cleaner featuring a cleaning width of 50 mm, 100 mm or 200 mm is applied for the removal of dirt particles and residues from the pre-oiling process, prior to feeding in the production line. This in turn ensures a defined surface condition of the coil material for the follow-up processes.
